Welcome to Align by Ami (“the Company” or “our” or “we” or “us”). By accessing or using our Service(s) or Website www.alignbyami.com, including our booking system at book.alignbyami.com (together, the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Persons who are competent of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be eligible to access, use or register on the Website and avail our Service(s). In the event that, as a minor you wish to use our Website and/or Service(s), such use shall be made available to you upon the review of these Terms and Conditions by your legal guardian or parent(s) and upon them consenting to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Bookings for persons under the age of 18, including our children’s care services, are made and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and Conditions on the minor’s behalf. Further, in the event that it is discovered that you are below the age of 18 years and the Terms and Conditions have not been consented to by your legal guardian or parent(s), or if the details provided by you are false or inaccurate, you, through your legal guardian or parent(s) shall be solely responsible for the breach of any terms or conditions. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Website and/or avail our Service(s).

Ownership and Acceptance of Terms

This Website is owned and operated by the Company. By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any point in time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for updates or changes.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before participating. Participation is at your own risk. Please consult your physician before starting any program with us. We maintain hygiene and safety protocols in line with industry best practices.

Any advice, information, or content provided through the Website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. You should consult with an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings for our Service(s) will be made via the Website and/or at the studio and the same will be confirmed to you directly over email, WhatsApp and/or call.

Online payments are processed through ICICI Bank’s secure payment gateway (UPI, cards and net banking). Payments may also be made at the studio. The receipt of payment will be acknowledged via email, WhatsApp and/or call, and a tax invoice is issued for payments received.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

We ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before its start time. For cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance, any amount paid online for that booking is refunded to the original payment method, and any package credit used is returned to your package.

For cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or in the event of a no-show: for individual bookings, the amount paid (or payable) for the session is retained or remains due; for package bookings, the session credit is forfeited. Late arrival may shorten the session, and entry may be denied where a late arrival cannot be accommodated, in which case the booking is treated as a no-show.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Where the Company cancels a session for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund of the amount paid for that session.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Website, including all information, software, products, and services provided through it, is offered “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the material or services on the Website.

  • No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. All use of the Website is at your own risk.
  • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Company or its affiliates, suppliers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or connected with the use or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized use of any such materials is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or perform any content from the Website without prior written consent.
